It's welcome base for visiting some must see attractions in Phnom Penh. Our room was quite large and we had balcony. Near to the downtown, 20 minutes on foot.

the location was excellent and the staff was helpful. within 5 mins walk to national museum and right by other tourist sites. breakfast was good and available in the morning.
